MHQP Patient Experience Reports

CDPHO has provided Physician Practices with their Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) results of the 2011 Patient Experience Surveys (PES).  The 2011 PES reports include results for both adult and pediatric primary care practices.  The survey was conducted in the Spring of 2011. To be eligible for inclusion in the MHQP PES survey, a practice site needed to have at least three physicians from the same primary care specialty (adult or pediatric), each with at least 50 eligible patients. All Physicians will receive the CDPHO Survey report. MHQP will publicly report practice survey results in spring 2012.  The MHQP’s PES results are Quality Measures in some ACO contacts.

To help better understand and best use the patient experience survey results, CDPHO invites Physicians and staff to attend a webcast, Getting the Most from Your Patient Experience Survey Report, on Wednesday, November 2 at 12:15 pm in Conference room B at CDH. During a forty-five minute session, MHQP staff will review report contents, help organizations interpret results, offer resources for implementing quality improvement initiatives, and respond to questions. CDPHO invites all practices to attend. Contact Regina Purinton BSN, at rp@cdpho.org or call 413-582-2558 for more information.
